New PR confirmation portal

Anyone here is or knows of a situtation where the final decision date and COPR number on tracker was generated more then 3 weeks ago on 07th September, but have not received the P1 email yet?

Any insights anyone can offer, I will truly appreciate it. I have called IRCC and they say that it's not been sent yet. Please help guys.

Portal 1: Sept 26, 2023 (replied same day)
Portal 2: Sept 29, 2023 (submitted the required information on the same day)
eCOPR: Pending
PR Card: Pending

PNP - VO Etobicoke

Hello,

How long does it take to receive portal credentials? I responded to PR confirmation email on 27th September and not received any response

I uploaded my address and picture in the PR portal on Sept 16, still awaiting ecopr

i called ircc today, they said they have a big big backlog and some people have waited months. She said she has got lots of similar calls about the same delay issue and it is going take time for it to be approved. There is no eta.
I have to travel to India on Nov 10 but i have to cancel my plans i think. So frustrating!

My portal 2 date is on 9/28 and have the same VO as you, besides that, we are at the same stage
