It only took a couple of days. I got my PR card in the mail this morning. The status still says "In review with IRCC" on the portal so you obviously can't trust that. Link the PR card application to your GCKey account and there you can see the real status.

when will your permit expire?
mine is about to expire at the end of the month, i wonder that is why they are holding my portal approval so we can apply for extension which means more money for them.. :-/
should i link my application under "PR card" if so, what date should i put under date of approval? the date on the letter of approval?
Hi everyone. I hope someone could answer. We uploaded our photos last October 24, 2022. Until now, we did not receive our eCOPR yet. VO is Montreal. Does anyone have any information or email address that we can send a follow up? Your response is of great help. Our work permits our expiring soon. Thank you
Same here. PR approved on Oct 26, provided all details on the portal the same day, no eCOPR or any activity on file yet. In another thread, I saw someone who received their eCOPR from Montreal today submitted their details on the portal on Oct 7. Similarly, saw someone else who submitted on Oct 4, and received their eCOPR on Nov 1st or 2nd. So what I understand is that they're taking about 28 days. The waiting game is not over yet. PR card next year maybe LOL
It usually takes a week so you should get it soon. The subject line saying "eCOPR ready to download". Sorry was looking through but could not find any email address to send the query. I hope you get one this week.
Hi did you get your portal credentials yet? How long did it take to receive them?
Recently it's taking a while to receive eCOPR but it depends on VO you might receive eCOPR in a few days even the next day or wait a few weeks some of us have been waiting since September for eCOPR so hoping you get yours soon. All the best
Congratulations! Did you ever create your account voluntarily on the PR Portal? If yes, you’ll not receive the second portal (account credentials) email. Instead, you’ll receive email telling you that an application has been created on your portal account and you use your existing account credentials to access that application. Once you’re on your application, you will complete your in Canada declaration, provide your Canadian address and upload your photo for your PR card. If you don’t have an account, they’ll create it for you and you’ll receive your credentials. Everything else will remain the same.
