Likely not an error and just means your PR card will arrive before the 14 days expiration date on the COPR.

It says face area is too small / large. I think it’d been wise to take a PR photo at Costco or Staples like where photos are mostly guaranteed. I had my first photo taken at a private studio 5 months ago and got rejected

Just called IRCC, agent said there’s nothing that can be done to push for the COPR release once the file is in the local visa office and Etobicoke is swamped with work. So just need to wait.

activate portal - Jan 7 , upload everything on the same day,
self-declaration - Jan 19
etobicoke
still waiting.

anyone has the same timeline already be able to download ecopr
?

I got the first email January 4th from agent LL in Etobicoke and submitted address and photos January 15th. The helpline agent was surprised I haven't gotten eCOPR yet.

Mine is also LL agent waiting since Jan 6th and there are many with same agent waiting
Seems like agent is on long leave
