New PR confirmation portal

Hello everyone,
I got a question, I am planning on leaving some time soon the country for a few weeks..
I am still in process of my application.. hoping for any day to receive the "golden mail" obviously!
The question is:
Lets say I am in transit or out of the country but will receive my portal email? What should I do, I am obviously living in canada but not possibly in that exact moment when I would receive the email to verify ! What are my options ? Is there a form to request or you just say that in the portal email answer?
Please anyone let me know ! @legalfalcon do u have any information about this kinda scenario?

If its for few weeks, just wait. once you return to Canada then reply to email. that works.
I was in same case, i got the email just a day after my travel. i returned after six weeks and responded to it. got the credentials & eCOPR.

Hey! I’m sure this question has been asked before but how can you find out what visa office is processing your eCOPR?

You can call IRCC helpline +1-888-242-2100 and they will be able to tell you which visa office is processing your application. You need to call early to speak with an agent. Sometimes it is also mentioned in your first portal email, i.e., ETOXXXX is for Etobicoke.

• The application was approved on June 28, 2021. However, a letter has not yet been sent to your constituent in order to confirm the decision.
• Due to COVID-19, IRCC is experiencing processing delays and we can’t provide you with accurate processing times for this application. Rest assured that we understand how important this process is for your constituent and are making all the necessary efforts to finalize the application as soon as possible.

Thrilled to find out its approved! but portal email would have been nice

most probably the gentleman Is still waiting for his confirmation without any communication, I didn’t post his name to do any harm, I’m trying to help And locate a person who has been waiting for more than a year for this email.
and yes I won’t mind having my name on this forum, specially when someone is trying to communicate with me to correct an error which include both of us and we don’t know each other.
I think it would be better to notify him , rather than ignoring the whole thing and keep quite.

Send the email to the Client Portal informing them of the problem and they will respond to you.

If you are on implied status(maintained status), IRCC will have to approve your temporary status first before confirming your PR status.
Got this information from the IRCC Client Support Centre agent.
The visa officer will expedite your temporary resident application(visitor/work permit) so that they continue with the landing process.

They approved my PR and my BOWP is still in progress until now. I already called for application withdrawal.

Hi I am Inland CEC applicant with outland dependent . I just reached out to my Local MP with a request to expedite /look into my application submitted last year in Dec 2020 as it surpassed the regular processing timelines . Anyone who who has or is pursuing the same path and got positive results . Any inputs will be appreciated .

is it really hard to approve address and photos for inland applicants? I have been waiting for 17 days on pr portal, still no clue from them. I've read people waiting 2 months for their address to be approved. Some other people get their copr document even same day or 2-3 days after they uploded. It's ridiculous.

did anyone receive their PR card? How long after the ECOPR issue? I got my ecopr mid june but no card yet. In review on the portal.
