It's fine. Just chose it's your first card, if previously, you have one they just need to link both accounts under your name/profile. No, you don't need anything for your job letter/ pay stubs. But you might want to notify your accountant and employer about your new SIN, just for filling income tax purposes, like T4/T5/T2202, etc.

Guys, i received COPR yesterday through pr confirmation portal. My spouse’s given name is in the family name column in COPR and given name is blank. I think this gonna be problematic for future paperwork. Please guide me whom to email my query. Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi Sardee, notify the officers immediately about your situation. They will help you to correct the necessary error parts on the COPR, Like Surname/Given name, sex, etc. They have entered the wrong first entry date for my dependant. Afterward, I send them an email and tell them what's happening, they replied back within 1 day, says it's okay and it does not need to be updated/renew.

Hello everyone, i have got my copr January 5th 2021 and recently got an email regarding the pr confirmation portal. I replied the email with my email address and uci number. I haven’t heard back from them with the portal login info. Do you have any idea how much time it will take to receive the email with the login info for the portal?

I got first email for portal confirmation on May 25, Waiting for 2nd email for credential log in.

Go to your cic account and link your pr application to that account. If you don't know how Google it there are step by step instructions

It’s like Congratulations you’re a PR of Canada. You can apply Health card/ SIN with links.

Does it mean anything..? How to track card ?

Yeah, under the congratulations emails there is a linked guideline for you to update your SIN/Health Cards. It means you are now officially become a PR. I think you can use your E-COPR number to track your card on ECAS. Or you can keep tracking your portal to see if they have approved the second steps, like photo and address. If there is a checkmark on both, you should be able to receive your first card within one week.

Hi everyone. Received first email on Victoria Day (May 24, 2021) and got my credentials today. I am trying to upload photo but I cannot upload the back side of the photo. Will it be fine to only upload front view of photo? Your feedback will really help.

Ghost Update/Criminality Check Finalized (IRCC Portal): April 19th, 2021 > PR Confirmation Portal Email: April 26th, 2021 > Credentials to login to portal: April 28th, 2021... Photo and Address Submitted same day > E-COPR + Address Accepted on Portal: May 04th, 2021 > Linked my PR Card Application to IRCC portal > Update that card has been mailed in IRCC portal: May 19th, 2021 > Received PR Card in mail: May 25th, 2021.

PR confirmation portal still shows Photo being reviewed so once you get e-copr you can link application to actually check your PR card application update through IRCC portal. Just fyi, AOR: June 07, 2020 and file waiting for criminality check since October 20, 2020.

Hii, when I try to link pr card application to my cic account, it says no application found. I tried different combinations, no luck so far. Can you suggest what category you choose while linking ?

Hi guys, I check on my portal that my address has been approved but the photo is still under review. My ECAS has changed to complete today.
FYI, after you received your E-COPR you will have to sign on it to be valid, and you need to notify your provincial about your new status(, which mine is from Manitoba).

Procedural Fairness? Did you get rejected? If your application is approved you won't get this letter.

I just curious when actually statuses on portal change to completed/approved? once eCOPR issued?

For me, It took 2 days to change DM to Complete after I received my E-COPR on ECAS.
