I didn’t. Would they be able to help me on this?
Because I have heard they simply say they cannot help as case has been transferred to local visa office and in our case it’s vancouver office

Atleast ask them the timeline because yours is more than 15 days..

Yes! I am waiting.. I received the portal confirmation mail on 22nd. Credentials mail on same day 22nd May. Uploaded documents on 23rd May. Still waiting for the update.

I submitted my address and photo in the portal on May 8th. After that nothing happened.
