New PR confirmation portal

Hi Guys,
I received an email letter saying our application is complete and we are permanent resident now. in that letter they asked us to send photo and printed letter to IRCC office for PR card..The next day I received another email from IRCC confirmation portal to send them required information to create portal. I replied them the same day..it is almost a week now they didn't reply yet.
my questions
1. how long it will take to get 2nd email from IRCC portal with our sign in information after first email?
2. do we have to send them photo with printed document in mail or send them photo in PR portal? can we send photo in both ways?
Please advise

I also have the same question. I uploaded the picture on 12 May 2021 and got eCoPR on 13 May 2021. Waiting for the PR card since then. I know a few people personally who got their cards in 2 weeks. And then some people have waited for 1.5 months before getting their cards via the PR confirmation portal.

Today ?

On 20th, They won't issue any credentials emails or eCOPR confirmation on the portal due to long weekend. All communication will be back on schedule by coming Tuesday

Just to understand, You directly got an email stating that you are PR now? Didn't you got any email in regards to your current address or port of entry ?

Same here. I got eCoPR on 13 May and the picture is still in review status.

Yesterday, I received an email about PR confirmation portal. I sent out the details they requested same time and now I am waiting for account credentials. My VO is Calgary.

I received pr confirmation portal today and replied them right away. I heard that it will only take few days to get that login account to download eCopr.

@legalfalcon - Hi Sir, What will be the UCI for a dependent for replying to IRCC for the PR portal. Is it the same as the PA or the one dependent has in its visitor visa or work permit? Please help

Hi everyone, in PR portal still show my pictures in review but I got my ECOPR on 18 May. Then I don't understand how long need to approve pictures??

once your address is accepted, you receive your
Photo approval is related to your PR card. Mine is still “in review” even if I already received my PR card more than two months ago.

edit: should be “once your address is accepted, your receive your COPR, not PR card”, my bad.

@svk.dec25 Any idea if your friends got their PR card dispatched immediately after their address was accepted by IRCC? Or was their photo got approved too before the card was sent ?
