Same with me bro.. waiting for PR card since feb 19. Already booked my flight on March 28. Its my marriage.. that we postponed since April 2020 and waited for my PR to fly and now i am stuck again. More than frustrations i am literally crying. Was never able to fly home since 28 dec 2016 ....

I am so confused with eCOPR and COPR thing. I received my COPR as a PDF attachment in an email. It says that I need to send my photo to Etobicoke for PR card. I didnt receive any email regarding online portal log in credentials.
I am CEC Inland, no dependents, was wondering how does IRCC decide it's whether COPR or eCOPR?

Check your account now I feel u should have got an update there or for sure u will hear on Monday ..as I also received ecopr on 19 feb and just checked now my Pr card has been mailed today

Received my PR card in the mail yesterday. March 18. Ecopr was 17 feb so it took a month to come. Journey finally over. They did not approve the photo in the portal though neither did I receive an email that a PR card was sent. I was also unable to link my accounts. So I just waited.

I have received my PR card today. It was dispatched on 16 March from CPC Sydney as per my PR card application update. I received my eCOPR on Feb 15. So, it took them exactly a month since eCOPR to print it and dispatch. I live in Northern Ontario and I am pleasantly surprised with the speed of Canada Post. Wow, it’s been a long journey since I submitted my e-APR on June 27, 2020.
