I got the AR under CEC and i’m wondering if i need to get a job offer with LMIA before getting my BOWP or i can get the permit just with AR and i will look for a job after. Please share your experiences

First email Jan 6,2021 (agent RA)
Portal Login details email - Jan 9,2021
self declaration - not sure about date , may be after a week of login details .
