Hi everyone, quick question: I got my COPR last week, but still haven't updated my SIN and Ontario Health Insurance Card. I need to go to see a doctor tomorrow. Can I still use my old OHIP card for that, which I got based on my work permit?

I got the portal some days ago, but I need to travel outside of Canada for 2 weeks. Is it ok for me to answer the email once I come back? The email seems have no deadline. I understand that once I answer and got the portal account, I will need to login in 1 week, and need to confirm that I am in Canada. That's why I dont want to answer right now. Thanks

Hi, two days ago I received the PR confirmation email, but I already made an account in the portal myself by mistake. I understand the account should be made by IRCC. what should I do now?

After how many days after the portal account is created by IRCC? I received a PR confirmation email on Jul 5th and sent them the requested info. no portal email with temporary password yet
They had written in the email somewhere that this will slow down the process. Don't worry you will get an email saying they found an account already registered.

Today I received this email
This email is to notify you that your permanent residence confirmation case requires revision. To make changes to your permanent residence confirmation case, log into your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account with your current log-in credentials. Copy and paste this link into your browser to sign in to the PR Portal: https://prsonsrpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login Thank you, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada
I ask my consultant and she said I've completed my portal already and became a PR. I ask if that was the photo and she said if it was the photo they will not approve and send CoPR, but she can ask and let me know soon.
Does anyone got this email before and what does that mean? I checked all my information on the CoPR everything seems correct, so I don't know what this will be. Thank you!!

Yes log in into your account. This is regarding photo most of the time, you have to upload it again. CoPR have nothing to do with photo, its related with address.
Thanks!! I have my consultant logged in but she said there's nothing shows on my portal. I wonder what could that be.
1) Don't use consultant for PR confirmation portal. Do it yourself. Get your login credentials.
2) Clear cookies and log back in.
You should now see what needs to be revised.
