No Reponse after that
I linked the file on gc key showing submitted no messages at all

Same here. Mine is also Etobicoke, and photo was received on Oct 19. Nothing has happened since then.

Guys have anyone here experienced delays in getting the COPR email itself? My application has been approved as of Oct 27th on the portal, but I have not received the official COPR email yet, so I can't even apply for the PR card. Is it normal for my email to be so delayed?

Same timeline as you. I landed and became a PR early last week, still no letter in email. I am not PNP thought, I am spousal sponsorship.

Looks like except Saskatoon office, all offices are working on PR cards. Ontario offices are too fast in processing PR cards. Why Saskatoon office is closed?
