I just sent them an email again and got a same reply.. This is no frustrating ..
Reply from Saskatoon office-
Due to COVID 19, all IRCC offices are currently closed or operating at a reduced capacity until further notice. We will process the Permanent Resident card photos as staff are allowed to return to the office. As stated on your approval letter, you can expect delays in the processing of your card. However, please note the letter you received is an official document that allows you to get your SIN and Provincial Health Card.

If u are talking about before Covid 19, it usually takes around a month. However, we are living with Covid19 now and CIC website shows 121days.
My office is Vancouver and I've waited for 27days.
I am not the only one so I guess more than a month it will take now. Only few lucky people got it so fast. It depends on luck.

I got my COPR yesterday i will send my copr and photos monday to Calgary office

I got approved today. Sent photos to Vancouver on 6th Oct
