They recently announced new rules for the PGWPP.

There is a bit that isn't very clear:

You won’t have time deducted from the length of your post-graduation work permit for studies you complete outside Canada until April 30, 2021.

My program is indeed 12 months, but is started on the 14th of September. Was September inclusive or exclusive in this new rule? Does it mean I am eligible to complete 100% of the program online and not have time deducted from my permit as long as I am affected by the travel restriction? Because by April 30 I would have completed 2/3rds of my program remotely outside of Canada if I was still unable to travel, which is over the 50% threshold that they mentioned for those who aren't eligible for this specific condition.

- you started your studies between May and September 2020
