20, 86% Yes, 14% No... Seems a lot are prepared, but also results may be biased because those on the threads are more likely to be prepared

True, only time will tell. If I see the counter running down fast, means many were prepared or many are submitting LOE's. lol

Yeah, it can feel like many are prepared but let's hope the first mob isn't 40k
I highly doubt it tho if I consider EVERY cec applicant that has received ITA but no COPR this and last year, eligible for this program we are in big big trouble.

Impossible, Many CEC people and FSW who already have the ITA & submit the application says they will, let alone those who are only in the pool

I meant specifically on different parts of this stream. If you are eligible for both essential worker and international graduate. Pick one. It will not improve your chances to apply twice, and you will be wasting 1000+ dollars and will be taking spots from other people.

I didn't mean on CEC and other streams. My wife will be eligible for CEC either in late June or early September. We will probably apply there, too.

Hello,
I have two questions regarding the employment criteria for international graduates program.

1. Should an applicant be employed only at the time of the submission (for example only on May 6) or be employed even the application is in the process until we get the final result?

2. What will happen if we change the employer or the position?

“ Be employed in Canada with a valid permit or authorization to work pursuant to the Act and Regulationsat the time the application for permanent residence is received and must not be self-employed, unless working as a medical doctor in a fee-for-service arrangement with a health authority. The employment must meet the definition of work under subsection 73(2) of the Regulations; “

Thank you

If you change employers, I don't think that will be an issue.
With regards to your first question, from what we know so far, you need to be employed at the time of applying. We will have to wait to hear more once forms and checklists are released.

Hi guys… Would there be any issue if I have different address on my employment letter and different one on all other documents? I am meeting all the requirements, but still have concern about residential address proof!!

I think it should be fine. Does your Canadian ID also have a different address?

If you started May 1st 2020 and you are still currently employed then May 1st of 2021 you will have completed one year of experience and you can apply for for the stream.
If you are not currently working and want to add the part time hours from student permit , we do not know if immigration will allow hours worked on student visa for this stream (I hope they do because I am in the same boat)

To be honest they should have just told everyone on a work permit or study visa to go online and apply without work experience, english tests etc.
Just fill in the required forms pay the 1000$ and done, the immigration targets would be achieved and surpassed easily and it wouldn't hurt the economy because most are already working.
Exactly, God help us come 6th. I really dont want to be disappointed by new requirements

Hi guys,
For those who are adding their spouse to the application? Please help!
Are we supposed to submit application for the spouse under the same account? Or is it like we make two accounts for both and submit?
Also how will the forms be uploaded? Like for example when the principal applicant submits family info, will the spouse submit their seperate family info form but under the same heading or will we need a separate space to upload our spouse's forms?
