Hi, I wanted to know that my PGWP is going to expire next year in april, i am planning to submit application under this program, I wanted to know if I apply under TR to PR pathway and the processing time takes longer will I be eligible for BOWP? If not, my one year work expierence is going to be completed in August so should I wait and apply under CEC in August and get the BOWP if applicatins take longer. Thank you.

So guys I have 11 months of full time and 6 months of partime as student. Will this add up to 1 year experience needed for essential workers category

@scylla Sorry to bother you, do you think this would count as a year of experience provided the jobs are in the same NOC (Essential work)?

Hey everyone,
Does anyone know where can we apply for this program on May 6th? Has IRCC released any official information on this yet?

Chatty lawyer had an important announcement yesterday about the forms needing to be printed, hand signed, and rescanned and uploaded. For all forms except the IMM008 I believe he mentioned.
why would they want us to use an older version of the forms when there's the updated version?

Hi
I am looking to apply for the new pathway for temporary to permanent residence on May 6. But I am eligible for the 2 programs, my question is can I apply for 2 programs, and how the process works. Some people saying payment should be done when submitting the application. And if anyone knows the required documents please let me know. Thanks in advance.

So that will be a disadvantage for those people who don't have access to a printer?

Must the forms be hand signed? Can digital signatures suffice?
I think the form he's talking about is the "Schedule A Background/Declaration: form. The reason this form might have to be filled out by hand is that there is one section to "write" your name in your native language. Idk if it applies to native English speakers or languages with English characters, but everyone else has to write it in the native letters or script. The word "written" is why I think we need to print it out and sign by hand.
