It's just an email describing the announcement, a link to the eligibility criteria, intake caps, and just that more details to come when the pathway opens. What email?

The same email I've applied to things previously, like work/study permits, I might have checked a box once saying I accept emails from IRCC regarding announcements.where did you get it?
Yeah, I think you're right, but I guess beginning the process to get them is better soon. Also for medical, there are some that do let you do it upfront (unless I misunderstood) but I was able to book with one and they said they "start the case from scratch" whatever that means.I don't know why you guys are looking to book medical exams. I just tried and the medical exam requires an ITA or an IME number and you won't have either of them if you're applying for PR for the first time.
I believe they will check for eligibility based on the mentioned criteria and then will basically send out an ITA outside of the normal Express Entry process.
I'm getting my police clearance sorted out but honestly don't think that you'll have to submit police report and medical exam on May 6th.
From what's written it is all the NOCs, but if your job is in the annex A and B for essential worker stream then you apply through that.Hi,
I am confused about the NOC part. I am not essential worker. I work in a company full-time for 22 months.
In my first year, my job was NOC C. Now, it's eligible for a NOC A but i will complete my 1 year on June for NOC A.
I have all my ECA and Ielts certificate and i completed 1+1 post graduate programs from 2017 to 2019 and have all the diploma/transcripts.
My question is, do they look at to NOC for this streamline? Do you still need a noc 0, a or b for international students or all the nocs are valid for this program as long as you graduated from a canadian college or university ?
i am not essential so i can't apply through those. I work in billing and business development area. My current NOC is 4163 (A) but it's not mentioned there. My last year's position was falling under NOC C. What should I do, should i apply for my last year's position ?From what's written it is all the NOCs, but if your job is in the annex A and B for essential worker stream then you apply through that.
Doesn't apply to you. Only helps those already in Canada. What policy is this? what's its name and where can I find details about it?
I’m a bit confused now, I was told that IELTS Academics was accepted. After refreshing like crazy, I first got a date for May 16th (I paid for it). I kept searching for earlier dates and found May 1st and paid again. Now I see this and I want to punch myself. I got dates for May 1st and 16th (paid twice for IELTS Academics). Even if I get 75% back I can’t find any dates from now until November for IELTS general.Yes, according to this: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/language-requirements/language-testing.html
English

Yes thats how they have it! The way I understand it is that he cant find no more dates for IELTS general testing, only IELTS academic testing is still available.IELTS Academic is only accepted by institutions like colleges, universities...IRCC specifies that for immigration you must take general training both for CELPIP and IELTS
You can try contacting the test center if they can switch your test to General IELTSI’m a bit confused now, I was told that IELTS Academics was accepted.
