What happened If employer have not sufficient income for first two years??

It should be fine. there may be employers which have been a hit only in last year.
there may be individuals who have only been in Canada for less than 2 years. I visualize new companies coming to Canada also hire international applicants with no t4 in Canada.

They should; as per me.
it would be discrimination that one is not able to hire someone because he/she is not in Canada for 3 years.

Does anyone know how much prior experience is required for applicants under the home childcare provider pilot in order to qualify for the work permit? Also, does the experience have to be formal or is babysitting enough? We are receiving a lot of conflicting info. How does one "demonstrate ability to do the job" ?
