New Permanent Resident - PR card delays?

I went to CIC website and logged in as principal applicant but could not track PR card (New). I am trying to find at what stage PR card is like "In Processing", "dispatced" etc. Can you suggest if I am missing something here expecting too much? I went to this link:

services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do

It seems to work for some people but not others. There's probably nothing that you can do.

Did your guys' photos have the new requirements? Apparently they changed them. I landed yesterday and the picture on my COPR still has the old specs. The officials never said anything though. Now I'm scared that it will be returned. :'(

Highly likely. The rejection rate in that case seems to be near 100%, and it will add a delay if it's rejected.

It's not the end of the world, however, as the card is not technically required. If you have to travel, you can get a PR travel document.
