Hi guys, I`m curious right now because of this question, I have a baby born in Canada, do I need to click yes? Once I did that, I will need to submit his information such as Medical Exam, Police Certificate . Etc as far as I no he doesn`t need a Medical Exam because he is already a Canada Citizen, what should I do? Can anyone help?
