I am working as a Claims Adjuster in Automobile Industry

I would like to tell you that my responsibilties/ duties are mentioned below:

Ensuring excellent quality of warranty processing to rejection and outstanding amounts and to repayment from Factory.
Receiving job cards from workshop for warranty claims.
Controlling of business documents decisions & process in a professional way.
Performing additional tasks and takes on other responsibilities as directed by Warranty Administrator or Service Manager.
Approving and sending Goodwill request to Factory for getting the approval for big parts like Engine, Gear box etc..
Access to various tools provided by VW AG & AUDI AG, namely ELSA, SAGA-02, CITRIX ORION, RECALLS, and familiarity with ETKA-Parts catalogue.
Processing warranty claims through SAGA/02 online
Preparing all the warranty claims invoices according to their functions.
Examining and authorizing warranty claims.
Maintaining and controlling confidential files at the end of every month.
Following all claims issues policy of dealership & factory guidelines
Follow all rules, regulations and laws with regard to moving dealership or customer owned units
Preparing of Warranty Claims Direct Credit Sales Report (DSCR) monthly/quarterly reports to the accounts department.

I am not an expert abt ur profession. all i know ur duties must match with the duties mentioned in NOC. atleast 5 main duties should match.
