Hi i got a new document attached it was letter very simple said this:
Thank you for your enquiry. Please note that your application is currently under review and no further action is required by you at this
time. Please check your MyCIC account regularly for further updates. We appreciate your patience and will contact you once processing has been finalized.

Is it normal to get new document attached with the above letter??

I don`t see anything not normal here. Did you send a web form? Even if you didn't, it should not be an issue.

Thanks! I used a web form the problem is I still haven't received Biometrics Instructions after 3+ weeks. I was unable to upload due to technical issue, when the issue was recolved it was more then 30+ days. Now it has been more then 3+ weeks with no biometrics instructions letter but my application is in eligibility stage.

I believed the webform you raised informed IRCC about your concern. If they got back to you stated that they are working on your application, it means that they are really working on your application. Nothing else can be done at this point. Just keep being positive and wait for their next instruction.
