New Medical Request on SOWP, Upfront medical exam not updated on file.

Hi, I gave my medicals upfront on 23rd August 2023, Filled SOWP visa on 10th October 2023 and biometrics done on 16th Oct 2023 Medicals are not yet updated on portal. Biometric is updated on portal on same day 16th October 2023.
When can we expect an update ??

They will review medical when they get to it

It has been just 4 weeks
So you have to wait it out
