UPDATE: Today it changed from "Not applicable" to now "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Hi there! Not sure if you got a reply on this query already coz I an just checking random post
Based on my readings, there are three steps for BGC, so you can note that there will also be 3 status posted on your GCKey to wit; IP1 (In process 1); NA (Second update) and last IP2 (In process 2). From your post, I understand that youre in IP2 already which means you are in the final step of BGC, and that they are currently checking the security aspect of your app. PPR will land your mail anytime soon

Guys, ngayon ko lng napansin under Review of additional documents, nklagay WE NEED MORE DOCUMENTS TO CONTINUE PROCESSING , pero wala nMan silang hiningi na docs . San makikita ang hinihingi nila ?

Hello everyone, Im the PA, June 2017 spousal sponsorship. Late registered ang birth certificate ko, so upon application, i submit it with my old passport and baptismal certificate. When they requested for PCC(July19).ngsubmit din ako ng NBI.
Last Aug31, MVO requested for my baptismal and NBI again,elementary and highschool records.
1.Is this normal n hingin po nila ulit yung mga documents kahit naipasa n before? Updated nmn po yun, not expired.
2.What seems to be the reason on why they asked for these? Is it the late BC?

Hi my BC is late registered also. Pero included ko na lahat ng asa bullet ng country specification sa application package namin. So far wala na hiningi ang MVO, better submit nalang kung ano hinihingi nila to avoid possible delays.

Sad to say sometimes they tend to lose files, if it will not be burdensome for you to produce it again, just send another copy but if you need to go thru a lot of process to be able to get another copy, you can always just write them an explanation letter and politely tell them that you already submitted it and explain your reasons why you cant produce the same document asap.
