Hello everyone. After 9-10 months of waiting, my husband will be arriving here in Canada this coming week.

I know others have been waiting for a long time. I submitted the application last Aug 2016. Luckily, he received the PPR (and land) before his medical expires in June.

Sa mga naghihintay pa rin, kapit lang, darating din yun soon. It was really unexpected (I stopped expecting after our 1st Anniversary) but it was a pleasant surprise.

Hi. December 2016 applicant here. Just this morning my ECAS status was changed to DM. I have not received a PPR email and its making me nervous. After receiving my app, CEM has not contacted me yet. No AOR2 and no additional docs were required. I dont know if its a good sign.

Hey guys, quick question lang. Nauuna po ba yung review for eligibility for PA before they do the background check or magkasabay silang ginagawa ng CIC? Yung sakin kasi, "We are reviewing if you meet the eligibility requirements" then for BGC: "Your application is in process. Next step is to conduct background check".

Ganyan po yung status since na-link ko yung application last March 15.

That's normal. Ganyan din po status ko when I linked my application. Everything is in process. But now, my medical is passed, my BGC is on process before conduct sya. Hopefully next DM and PPR na.

Oh my God. Naunahan pa ng December ang August and November 2016. I knew someone who received her app Aug2016 with dependant pero wala pang DM and PPR. I think, kapag may dependant Ka talagang 12 months ang Processing ng papers mo... too bad for us...

ganyan rin po ung akin... Then changed yesterday from We are processing your bgc" sa ECAS ko naman same day nag DM na.. wait mo lang yan. same pa rin tayo sa eligibility requirements until now naman sakin di pa rin nagbabago kahit DM na sa ECAS ko.

Sabe nga Nila pag may dependant mejo matagal, cousin ko 6 months lang nakaalis, ako i have 3 dependants and still wala pa rin pagbabago sa ecas at gckey ko.. Hopefully soon uusad na rin yun. In God's grace...

The mall opens at 10am. It would be good if they will get there even before the mall opens as many people goes to Fuji every day for visa photos and that it takes at least 2 hours before the pictures are available. As long as they make it at VAC before 3pm with the visa photos, they should be fine

Guys, kailan nila inuumpisahan iprocess ang background check? Sa cic account kasi ni hubby e your application is in progress pa din. Nothing has changed though naupload na niya and nasa MVO na application.

Tama, in God's grace. What's your timeline? Almost a month ng "we are processing your background check" sa akin tapos yun iba 1 day Lang ang process DM and PPR na agad. Nakakafrustrate lang pero I am happy to those who got their PPR. Darating din Yun time natin.
