This the letter that I received yesterday.

I'm envious right now, I don't know why PSA Makati takes that long? I thought that if I walk-in instead of ordering them online it would be faster. I thought I could have them within an hour as you have mentioned. Previously I just ordered everything online every document related to PSA which also takes 3-5 days for twice the price but without falling in line with hundreds of people. Did she go to PSA Main Office in Quezon City?

Well at this point, unless someone has better information, I guess it is up to you. You might take the safe route and submit it physically. Or you might chance sending it by email.

And yes, it didn't take long for my wife because she lives in Iloilo City, I suppose. Far away from the Metro Manila craziness.

I probably made a mistake. I'm not familiar with this terminology, but I think I rather meant file transfer (to the Manila office).

When I clicked po the underline word Decision Made, still the same. They started processing my application on April 20,2017... makakatanggap po ba ako email?

Oh my! AOM din sakin... And almost 45 days Na since they've asked for it.

Dapat meron eh. Ako nung nag Decision Made, nakatanggap ako (Sponsor) ng email. Nakalagay din dun ung Sched na kailangan ipadala sa kanila.
