2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name. If you don't have App Number, use Family Name, Birthday, Place of Birth
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application."

Much better to access ECAS sa principal applicant side. DM ka naman pati sa SA eh. Hanapin ko forum na nakatulong sakin to link the mycic account. Pasa ko sayo

I had difficulties in linking my husband's application po to Mycic. But after many tries nalink ko din po.

I think case sensitive po siya at kung ano mismong nilagay mo sa application yun po dapat. I relied on the infos on scanned copy of our application. Maski spacing.

like yung sa place of birth ng asawa ko
in application I wrote Dagupan City/Pangasinan

I tried DAGUPAN CITY, PANGASINAN or even Dagupan city / Pangasinan ayaw pa din.

Then finally nailink ko din when I entered what is exactly written to my application

Keep trying po. Better use Application # and Family name
Be precise...exact lalo po sa Spacing or Capitalization. If you leave it blank in your application leave it blank in mycic registration too

If I'm not mistaken IM5444 is being use if your applying for renewal of PR card. Don't get confused because of what other people saying. Just read and follow all the instructions, and you will be guided.
