My understanding of "applicable" is that if the Sponsor is already a citizen, there's no need to send the BC. But for PR, that I am not sure. Let's wait na lang for others, esp PR sponsors if they still had to send their BC. Anyone please?
a. For Philippine citizens:
Ø PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Birth Certificate for yourself, your sponsor and all dependent children. (IF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS LATE-REGISTERED, you MUST also submit baptismal certificate and other documents establishing identity such as old school records, voter’s ID, etc)
