Guys my friend asked me about medical examination here is the question

Q: Hello i just gave birth can I bring my daughter for upfront medical even if she is quite delicate because she just came out?
Q: Can I present a certified true copy of birth certificate from local civil registry? Dont have NSO yet!
Q: Do we have a courtesy lane?

My personal opinion is,, to wait for her body to fully recovered and ask her pedia if it's threatening for her baby to go to the hosp. Also call the panel physician she wish to go for detailed info, i dont think that babies, pwd, senior, pregnant woman have a courtesy lane as for the BIrth certifivate i really dont know...

Pls help me to answer her question and give insights regarding her concern since she asked me to post her concerns here thanks in advance....

Hi Mariechan,

Yes, it is best to talk to the baby's Pedia and her doctor as well prior to calling the Panel Physician. They are both still in a "delicate" stage although I am not really sure about the term "just gave birth". If it's within the first 3 months, best for her to talk to hers and the baby's doctor. If she is looking at filing their applications with medical exam done upfront, my personal opinion is that, they can still go ahead even without the medical exam yet. But then they can always do it anytime after the application is sent.

Yes, there is a courtesy lane/section if what you meant is at DFA(?) :)

If MC can have an advance endorsement to main PSA office, I am sure BC can have the same :)

Sorry for that bro.
Yes cem/cic will not view nor accept other clinic. Don't worry about the result if you think your healthy as what you said here. Good luck to you. I pray for your good results.

Thanks for sharing, Bugsbong. I think I've also read before what you have just shared. Sorry to hear about this experience you have. I have a feeling that the equipments of the accredited clinic may be old, low class, or simply not a good one. Nweis, just my personal opinion. Really not a good idea to go through that series of chest xrays at one time. But yes, Chest xrays has to be done minimum 3 months after the last one.

Good luck and all the best on your next scheduled xray. I'm pretty sure it will come out fine. If there's another accredited clinic not too far from where you are, may be best to go to a different accredited clinic on September. Suggestion lang naman.

Thanks for the support guys.

I started a thread/topic about this medical problems - TB to hear some other stories and inputs. I guess there's a reason why I have to go through all of these but I strongly believe that everything will pass through and we will always be victorious specially if we have God as our center of everything.

visit my thread. :)

PPR na ang asawa ko 1week after her Remedical. Tanong ko po ano po ung address kung saan papasa ung passport niya?

Question, do you really have to do everything in that accredited clinic again? Posible ba na sa ibang clinic ka? Don't worry too much. I know it's hard pero mahirap din if stress ka masyado lalo pa at may test to come ka.

I messaged St Luke's website < http://slec.ph/contact-us.php >about 2 weeks ago with same inquiry you have. They came back with an email to me and for 15-59 years old, it is Php7,953 for this requirements < Physical exam, urinalysis, chest x-ray, HIV, RPR (Syphilis) >.. If you want to see the rest of the costs for other ages, message mo na lang din sila. Click mo lang yung link posted or thru their website, click Contact Us.. Mabilis naman sila mag reply.

Maraming salamat Survivor27. appreciate it.

My wife received a letter from MVO. Just generic letter asking for additional documents which is PSA Advisory on marriages. Please share your experience on how and where to get this from. Thank you.

Based on previous posts by other members, just request from PSA (formerly NSO) a CENOMAR.. If your MC is already on their system, PSA will instead give you the Advisory on Marriage. If I may ask, when did you get married? Thanks

Does Manila VO send out physical mail AOR2? Or email? My wife has a hard time checking her snail mail...wish it was all emails.
