Need po ba talaga sa Canadian embassy Mississauga ipadala lahat ng documents for sponsoring? Kasi yung hubby ko nandito sa pilipinas nag sty kami after ng wedding namin 1yr na kaming Kasal more that 2yrs na yung relationship namin tapos Kinasal kami last yr. gusto Nya dito na sa pinas mag Ayos ng sponsorship.. Sabi kasi ng embassy ng canada dito sa pilipinas Pwede dito sa mag Ayos ng papers .. Mag papa set ng appointment nalang.. Mas mabilis ba pag dito or sa canda na mismo.. Sabi pag dito 2-3 months para sa approval ng sponsors sa canda nakalagay 12-18montgs Ang processing.. Please help me po. Thank you.. Local citizen po Ang hubby ko sa canada..

all applications for outland spouse sponsprship are sent to Case Processing Center in Mississauga (CPC-M). The sponsorship approval will take about 2months ( 57 days as of today) . Then your file will then be forwarded to Manila Visa Office for PR processing which can take less than the posted time which is 16months.

Pwede niu ayusin na dalawa then send it to CPC-M. Since your hubby is a citizen, he can stay with you sa Pinas so long as he willgo back to Canada with you when your PR is approved.

Etc., or Dapat dun mismo sa sa canada naka notary? Kasi mag start na kami mag process ng sponsorship dito sa Canadian embassy sa makati.. Thank you guys!!!

since your hubby is a citizen, he can do notarizations in the Canadian Embassy
Nakakaintriga naman why you are allowed to send your documents jan sa CEM when it is clear that all new applications are supposed to be sent to CPC mississauga. Kung pwede pla, jan nalang din kami sa CEM nag submit.

Thank you po! Pero Dapat po ba sya muna mag process ng sponsorsip kasi sya yung mag sponsor sa akin? And wait namin ung approval ng immigration.. Paano po ba mag set ng appointment sa embassy bago pumunta po dun for submission ng papers ng hubby ko? Yes po gusto na din Nya bumalik sa canada kasi need po sya ng papa Nya sa business nila. Pero Dapat daw po kasama na ako, so Sabay na kami Babalik ng canada ...

Sponsorship approval usually takes more or less 60 days and pag naforward na dito accdg sa processing times ng manila it will take an average of 16months( which of course can be shorter or longer depending on the completeness of your application). I am not well aware of "shorcuts" na pwedeng sa manila na derecho. I suggest you start filling up the forms in the website and gather proofs before yung "appointment" nyo sa manila embassy.

Hello po thanks po sa info. so Kahit po nasa pilipinas Ang asawa ko Dapat po I papadala namin yung documents namin sa Mississauga? Or sa Canadian embassy sa pilipinas then issend Nila sa Mississauga ok pag okay iba balik Nila sa Manila office ? Kasi nasa pinas po yung hubby ko for 1 yr na.. Pero may business Naman po sila sa canada and citizen po sya dun ..sorry po mejo naguguluhan po kasi ako kasi yung situation ko iba sa Ibang nag aaply ata .. Nasa pinas yung foreigner husband ko at gusto Nya dito sa pinas mag Ayos kesa bumalik para ayusin lang Nya ung papers mas matatagalan an gusto Nya mag kasama na kaming bbyahe pabalik ng canada...

Hindi ko nga din po alam toffboss maski ako naguguluhan .. Tumawag ako sa VFS canada sabi dito Pwede daw kami mag submit sa CEM pero mag papa appointment muna kami kasi may courier na kukuha ng documents namin sa CEM.. At wag na daw kami kumuha ng agency kasi mag direct na daw kami..

Hi toffboss sorry po Nakalimutan ko po tanong, Kung sakali po ba na ipapasa na namin ung pales for sponsorship ni hubby sa CPC-M sa mail po b Dapat or Pwede yung magulang ng hubby ko na nasa canada now ipadala yung documents sa Mississuaga Kahit wala yung hubby ko? Please correct me if I am wrong.. Kasi po naisip ko po Kung mag papasa po kami ng papers sa immigration , yung address po namin sa letter ay sa CPC-Mississuaga po ba dba? Pero sa CEM po ba namin Pwede ibigay tapos yung CEM Ang mag sesend sa MISSISSUAGA pag okay na po iba balik Nila Sa Manila yung result po then forward po sa Amin?? Ganun po ba? Sorry kasi Hindi ko alam paano kami mag start kasi si husband nandito sa pilipinas gusto Nya dito I process yung lahat ng documents ...thank you po !

ask lang po ulit..pinadala ko na un docs na required (passport, nbi, etc.) sa embassy last july 31. nun nag check ako ng status ng application ko sa cic nakalagay dun na ng send sila ng mail nun august 10 pa pero hanggang ngayon wala ko narreceive na kahit ano mail..ano po kaya un pinadala saken? may nakakaalam po ba sanyo? bukas ko pa matatawagan un embassy haay sayang naman un dalawang linggo na lumipas

Hello po..April applicant po kami..Nirequire lng po kmi ng Appendix A without passport last July 27 till now application received pa rin sa Ecas. Pde po ba kaya magemail sa CEM to follow it up. Thanks in advance.

Magtatanong lang po sana kung paano po ninyo nalaman na nasa Manila Visa Office na ang papers niyo?paano po kayo ininform ng CIC?

Paano rin po kayo ininform ng CiC na kailangan niyo na po ipass ung passport niyo?thru email po ba o snail mail? Salamat po.

Hi Miko_bangad, sa email ako nakareceive ng notice... mas nauna kesa sa update ng ecas. D ako nakatangap ng AOR pero SA pinadalhan yung asawa ko (sponsor) sa email. Then yung PPR pareho kaming email nila pero med request ako lang
