Does not matter naman either civil or church ang wedding kasi same documents pa din naman ang sinasubmit kapag nag apply so nothing to worry if civil ang wedding.

Yes maaprove pa din yan. Magpa xray ka na lng as soon as manganak. May binigay po ba sayo na papel stating na nagpamedical ka ? Include that to your application.
