Good question! which comes first nga? I didn't know they will send email pla sa applicant that his/her application is already approved and their passport with visa is on the way na?

I was checking this week's update on ECAS. The only update was "we started processing your application on July 27, 2015"...
Well I already know that and they ask me for passport already! But it took a month in ECAS to update this???

That's why to me, it sounds like ECAS is not very reliable in their information? I don't know.

OFW ba partner mo? or nasa pinas lang sya kasi pag ofw sya d na sya kailangan umuwi para kumuha lang nang nbi... if OFW sya .. confused din po yung tanung mo kasi /.....

I got 4 lines update for my "in process "status @ ecas
1. Application received on May
2. We started processing your application last july
3. Medical results have been received
4. We sent you correspondence on August regarding the decision on your application

But when I check the email it's the PPR request they are referring as correspondence.
My status as of now is still in process.

That sounds like a "decision made". Try to contact the dhl hotline provided in the previous threads if you have a packet.

Hi everyone. I have a question lng kakadating lng kase ng wife co sa canada this month. Tanong co lng sana kung pwed n sya mgsponsor as early as now kht wala p sya work? I know that income is not really a requirement she just have to prove that she can support me financially but the question is how can she prove that? Does she need to write a letter? If yes, how? Currently she lives in her sister's house, can we state
on her letter that shelter is no longer a problem? Thanks.

What is her status in canada? Is she a pr?
She needs to wait for her pr card to arrive before ka nya masponsor. Requirement sa sponsorship yung photocopy ng both sides ng card. My hubby received his pr card 3 months after arrival.
Did she declared na she's married to you?
