As far as I know, di sya required. Pero Filipinos are required to attend the PDOS seminar ng CFO, again dapat may visa/COPR to get the sticker they affix on your passport after attending. Applied 23 March 2016, now waiting to get my passport back

Tanong Po ulit, esp sa mga Naka alis Na Po from pinas..

Ano ano Po need Na seminars kelangan para Po Di maharang sa exit sa Philippine immigration going to Canada..

We originally planned to fly from Singapore..kasu we want to go home sa pinas for Christmas. I'm worried pag nakita ng immigration officer Yung pr visa for Canada baka harangin Ako without those certs from seminars sa pinas.. although valid pa work permit ko sa Singapore..so just planning to take those seminars Na lng din just to be safe..

Manggaling Po kami SG but just want to follow ano requirements sa pinas in case hingan Ako ng immigration officer sa pinas pabalik sa SG after Christmas vacation if they see I got visa for Canada

Hello po. No update yet. Background check in progress for over a month na pero wala pa ulit movement. Nag order na nga ako ng GCMS notes last Monday, pero 30 days kasi yun so hintayin ko na lang kung ano mauna sa kanila ni PPR hehe. Kayo po?

yun pong mga nasa Toronto, immigration lawyer naman po sana hanap ko, yung pumapayag sa installment na bayad sana.

Yung application ko rin background in progress pa rin. Nag order naman ako last month ng notes at nakuha ko last week. So far so good naman base sa notes,na nilagay nila. Security nalang ang tinitignan nila under background check at tapos na application. Pero mag order ulit ako nxt week. Sana nga matapos na applications natin at matapos na ang pag hihintay

Update lang. Got my GCMS notes and in summary, it says that my application is grouped under "for ppt request ltr" so hopefully that means ppr soon?

Not sure if it helped.. I sent inquiry letter last Thursday sa mvo telling them my medical is expiring by January and since sa a notes namin e recommend passed nung august nmn pa... And we sent email 2 weeks ago sa MP.. though walang reply from his office..maybe you can try checking with them too...

Congrats! Lapit n pala expiration ng meds mo. Praise God matatapos na waiting game.

Ang medical expiry ko is April pa kaya natatagalan p cguro ang PPR.

Sana nga mag dilang angel ka nagwoworry ako na baka pag nareceive ko yung GCMS notes I won't know how to read them haha.
