Ask ko lang po.. ok lang ba na i submit ko ang additional Documents ko kahit wala pa ang AOR2 namin? sabi nila kailangan may UCI na so ang ginagamit ko lang na pag nag check ako ng ecas ko eh ang file number ko lang. pwede ko rin bang gamitin to if ever i send ko sa CEM ang remain8ng documents namin? Advisory of Marriage kasi ang kulang namin. noon kasi wala kaming nakitang ganun sa list of requirements.

Inapply ko yung hubby ko for PR, sponsorship got approved and the letter states that

Requirement for Medical Examination

If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original

Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Up-
front Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination

and, once completed, email the information directly to the visa office noted above using the “case-
specific” enquiries form (link above) along with a copy of this letter. If you have not already submitted a

medical, your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative

must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her

application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.

Question: Kailangan pa ba naming hintayin yung email ng CIC sa kanya requesting for medicals, or can he do medicals and he can just send the emedical form online?

If I were you po wait na lang ang aor2, at least alam mo kung ano anong documents tlga hanap nila. Isa pa po may letter po kasi yon to add on nag request sila. Wait patiently po, it will come..

I think the medical clinic will automatically submit the results. He will receive an e-medical that you can submit along with the rest of the documents they requested.

Hindi po kasi kailangan may letter from embassy to do medical at hinihingi yon ng hospital. Take it slowly and surely po.

Kung first time medical po or "UPFRONT" medical hindi n po kailangan mag antay ng request pero kung2nd time na hiingin kasi expired na ung una "re-Assessment of medical or Re-medical"un po kailangan mag antay ng request.

Question, do you really have to do everything in that accredited clinic again? Posible ba na sa ibang clinic ka? Don't worry too much. I know it's hard pero mahirap din if stress ka masyado lalo pa at may test to come ka.

Sorry ngayon lang ulit nakapag online. To answer your question, yes! I have to do the requested further medical test re:sputum test in the same clinic. According to the instruction from the embassy. However, I can do it in another accredited clinic if the reasons are, 1. The doctor or clinic is not available anymore. 2. The location is far from where i am or unaccessible.

And I will have to pay again if I go to another clinic for the additional test. The clinic where I did my tests is not charging additional to the sputum test.

Hi, my sponsor received the same email po requiring me the applicant to do the medical incase hndi pa nagawa.. I just went directly to the panel physician and gave me The Upfront Medical Notification Sheet at yun po ang inemail ko po sa CIC.. After a week medical received na po ako...

I used lbc wala naman naging problema
