Yep, mabilis na talaga ngaun ung approval sa SA. But basing sa timeline ng previous applicants, it would be safe to say that the process for the PR application in MVO is still roughly the same. Some applicants received their PPR after 5 to 7 months starting from the date that the file was transferred to MVO. Im just puzzled why the MVO is sending the generic AOR template and state that "We have completed an initial review of your application and now require the following information/documents in order to continue processing" and on the lower part of the email "Please note that if any of the information/documents listed above have been previously submitted to our office, they need not be submitted again.". I think its a bit confusing for some applicants. Why not just send email stating what is the actual documents needed rather than stating all those things and at the end telling the applicant that there is no need to send it if it was sent previously. Here is a one scenario. Upon sending your application to CPC by your sponsor, you thought that your IMM5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration was complete and as per your knowledge without any gap in personal history. When your file reaches MVO and undergone initial review, the officer then found that there is a gap on your personal history and then sent you the generic AOR template. Upon reading the part "Please note that if any of the information/documents listed above have been previously submitted to our office, they need not be submitted again." of generic AOR template, you will then think of not submitting again the IMM5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration beacuse as per your best knowledge, you completed this documents and without any gaps on the personal history. Second thing is the Police Clearance. When your sponsor submits your police clearance together with your application to CPC, the police clearance is already 5months old. you will think then that the police clearance is still valid because its not yet more than 6 months old. But wen your file reached MVO and the officer decided that the police clearance is already expired and send you the generic AOR email and upon reading the part "Please note that if any of the information/documents listed above have been previously submitted to our office, they need not be submitted again." you will then think of not submitting the police clearance because as per your knowledge your police clearance is still valid. Anyways, that my own interpretation and opinion on the generic AOR email. I do hope that when we receive our AOR from MVO it won't be in that manner.
Cheers!
