hi.. sinubmit mismo sa vfs sa makati ung passport and letter.. hindi na need ng consent.. kasi si applicant naman mismo mag pasa. cash kami nagbayad,, nasa php605 ang binayad. kasi for pick naman sya and hindi delivery

I was wondering bakit kaya di naman nila hiningi samen un nung nagpa addtl requirements sila kung kelangan pala?is there a possibility na mageemail pa sila ulit asking for AOM? Nadelay pa nga kame ng 4 days sa pagpasa ng police cert. So i guess madedelay din yung approval nung amin. Pero sana hindi. Thanks po!

Ano nga pala email mo sa kanila pra sa follow up mo? October 1 ako kaso ang application ko mga 5 months na sa kanila kaya pwd na rin ata ako mg follow up. Last update nila January pa. San ba banda ang VFS? Ng commute kba papunta don?

Hi newbie here..I have few questions about spouse sponsorship..I just want to ask:
1. My fianće just went to Canada this April 26,2016 and he is a PR..when will he can get his PR Card?
2. After he will get his PR Card, can he go home here in the Philippines immediately?
I still have some questions after this..Thank you..

I am happy but disappointed too.. We did gave also evidences about my wife's son that we couldn't locate the biological father of the boy and that we can not let him sign the declaration of non accompanying parent.. we also gave the court order of changing the last name of the child to her mothers name since they are not married and that the court also included in the order that the biological father abandoned the child since birth. Now they are requiring his (biological father) consent.. it shld be giver 30 days only.

This is a very sad news and very disappointing. I hope you guys can figure out what else to do. Maybe try to contact any relative of your wife's son biological father that maybe would lead you to the whereabouts of his biological father, but 30 days is too short. :-(

Yes I was in the US when I sent it. I express mailed my passport and immigration photos to my relative in Manila along with an authorization form and my state ID and he brought it personally to VFS Makati. The residential and mailing address I put on my forms is my address here in the US but when my relative submitted my documents, he opted to have the passport for pick up, instead of courier delivery. So when I received the "passport is dispatched/ready for pick up" email, he went there and picked up my COPR and passport. Coincidentally, my aunt was coming to visit me here in the US in the same week so she brought my documents with her when she came

One staff of DSWD advise me to go to city of mayors office aince it is election they could help us find him. So my wife did the advise and luckily they found him and they will meet togwther for signing of the consent and hoping and praying to God he will cooperate and sign it for the future of my wife's son.
