Just want to ask yung timeline nyo po kasi we both have the same situation. I had our son here with me in Canada and our application was submitted in CPC Sydney.

Same here march applicant. Application transfer to MVO. Bgc ongoing. Done medical and biometric.
On my case biometric and medical done before my file was transferred to mvo.

Would have sent this direct message, but I figured other people might be interested.
I tried to build spreadsheets with timelines of people in similar situation a bit ahead and a bit behind to try to figure out when we would get PPR and if we start to slip behind the pack.
It's a hard (not enough data, especially Canadian citizen living in the Philippines) but yours is pretty close so you might be interested in my timeline. We paid the RPRF upfront though.
It seems like people who applied december 2018 and before have wildly different timeline (way longer) than people from january and onward.
January and onward seems to get it between 120~140days.
We got our Decision made July 9th (117 days).
Obviously, I don't have enough data to suggest a very strong correlation, but if we expand a bit to PR sponsors, it looks like this is shapping up to be the new typical timeline.
Your timeline is about 35 days behind ours. I was following your timeline to check if we were slipping behind. Thanks for sharing. It prompt me to give back with some of my data.
So here's my timeline so far:

June 10 - Started processing the application in ecas - 88 days
June 26 - AOR2(manila) - 104 days
July 4 - Ghost update - 112 days
July 9 - Pre arrival - 117 days
July 9 - DM - 117 days
July 9 - PPR - 117 days
Notes:
June 10 - I got "started processing" in ecas, I am 99% sure I had that already (in april or may). It somehow changed to june 10 in ecas.
June 26 - we received the same letter we received when it was transfered from sydney to mississauga but this time indicating it was tranfered to manila
July 4 - GCKEY says the application has been updated (no email). I open the application, but there is nothing new. I start to get a bit paranoid at this point (after this and the june 10 ghost update) so I start taking screenshot of everything
July 9 - Pre arival services letter by email and gckey around 2pm and then silent DM in ecas (no email). \
Nothing in GCKEY and no email since (2 days).
I'll keep the timeline in my profile updated.

So I guess, you can expect to have the transfer letter in roughly 2 weeks to 4 weeks (depending if the longer timeline on your medical slowed the rest of the process).

Thx The Poutine, I miss those after so many years out of Canada. So, the way you explain it, born Canadians are triaged differently? Those numbers are quite fast. Did they ask for additional docs? I guess no interview? Your application must be straightforward. I wonder if they get special instructions from CPC-Mississauga officers.
I've heard in the forums that Filipino officers like to discriminate when a foreigner sponsors a Filipina and they give them problems, I guess this was not your case
or they changed their ways of doing things. Your PPR must be coming in the next few days? Could DM be stuck there for a long time? I just hope we get ours next month, this is what I predicted. I don't want to go to Canada in December;( That will be tough for my child that never experienced cold and her Mother. Things that might influence the timing:
We are both (PA and sponsor) the same age around 30. Maybe big age gap can cause delays.
We moved together for about 6 month last year in Malaysia (temp work visa) before moving back to Philippines.
As for delay between DM and PPR. About half seems to get it same day as DM and other half 2 to 10 days after DM.
They never reached to us for anything except for the automated BIO/MR/SA/AOR.
We never reached to them either.
I want to go as early as possible to get a bit of summer. Thinking of driving across the country, road in winter would suck and west coast will be rainy everyday.
Though, flight price is going up quickly and we can't book without confirmation. At the moment prices are getting close to 3.5k CAD in july/august right now for a family of 3.
Just an update kkakrecive klng po nang update . They are requesting Nbi. Expired na pla nbi ko yong nasa knila. Application started march 18'2019. Trasnfer to mvo June 25. Goodluck guys. I set appointment na. Para makapag renew.

Iam not the child father. (father is Filipino)
The child is a dependant on the application.
Meant move back to Philippines because we lived here before moving to Malaysia for a while, not as "I am from here". Sorry I wasn't clear.
Also we just did the CFO Gcp and the lady said that applicant from 2019 get processed quickly now. Supporting my observation a bit.
