Did you register your marriage po sa consular sa Hongkong? Kasi nirerequire po nila na pag yung marriage ay sa abroad ginanap, dapat po iparehistro sa consular office kung saan po kinasal, in your case sa hongkong po. Pag register po sa consular yun marriage nyo, pwede ka po na kumuha ng NSO copy here sa Pinas. Kasi marriage cert po ang nirerequire ng CFO na ipakita sa kanila.

Ganun po case ko. Nagpakasal po kami ng asawa ko sa Edmonton. We registered it sa consular office, and then I was able to get PSO copy here sa Pinas when I get back.

When you go to CFO sa March 6 bring a copy of your marriage cert na issue ng Hongkong. Maybe they will consider it po.

Hi in my case is divorce na sila ng ex nia sa canada & I have also Red Ribbon document na galing sa DFA canada & red seal na galing nman sa ministry of gov ng canada its says na TOTOO at kinikilala nila ang divorce nila DUN sa canada. But sa pinas kinikilala pa ng phil law marriage ang kasal nia kse dpa annulled , THO my husband is already a Canadian citizen since 2004 & her ex wife until now 2018 is still a Permanent resident sa canada , ang effective ng divorce certificate nila na filed in Canada is year 2012...

Yes naka register Ang kasala nmin sa immigration department ng HK...

I have all my supporting documents for our marriage in HK & also have a divorce certificate & divorce decree/divorce order from Canada court Kung san sila nag file Ng divorce sa canada....

my daughter is 17 so kailangan nya pumunta ng office? anong type of visa pipiliin ko sa registration kapag immigrant ang pasok ng anak ko dito sa canada? and ano meaning ng COPR, sorry kung madaming tanong.

Follow mo lang and fill the registration online and it will automatically show na under sya ng Peer Session.

COPR = Confirmation of Permanent Resident.

Vaccination record is required at school in Canada esp sa mga kids na mag aaral doon.

Passport and COPR is needed at the Port of Entry (POE).

Looks like your hubby will soon get the PPR. Keep on checking the email's Inbox, Spam and Bin just to make sure you won't miss it. Also the GCKey as some got the message there and not as email message.

I am in the same boat as you. I got pre-arrival on Feb. 02 and I haven't heard back since. I am the SA though, my wife is the PA. Also, that's incredible that in six years you've been to PH 3 times and your husband has never been to Canada. That's an amazing story, good for you two that you've been able to maintain your relationship/marriage that long.

I met my wife in 2015 in the Philippines and since then I've gone back 5 times (explains why I am broke). I married her in 2017 in the Philippines. She's never been to Canada. Waiting on IRCC to hurry up and make a decision so I can get on with my life lol.

We are both very young.
I met him when i was 17 and he was 19
When we got married i was 19 and he was 21.
I am now 23 and he is 25.

I keep wondering if my 8 month stay in Philippines will be a positive thing for his visa application. It was an amazing experience for me. So much culture shock, being a ghost white Canadian girl. Haha

I keep telling him to be patient. Only panic if we see the word "denied".
Right?
I feel like he will get this visa.
He has NO criminal record and he already passed his medical exam
