Did you register your marriage po sa consular sa Hongkong? Kasi nirerequire po nila na pag yung marriage ay sa abroad ginanap, dapat po iparehistro sa consular office kung saan po kinasal, in your case sa hongkong po. Pag register po sa consular yun marriage nyo, pwede ka po na kumuha ng NSO copy here sa Pinas. Kasi marriage cert po ang nirerequire ng CFO na ipakita sa kanila.
Ganun po case ko. Nagpakasal po kami ng asawa ko sa Edmonton. We registered it sa consular office, and then I was able to get PSO copy here sa Pinas when I get back.
When you go to CFO sa March 6 bring a copy of your marriage cert na issue ng Hongkong. Maybe they will consider it po.
Hi in my case is divorce na sila ng ex nia sa canada & I have also Red Ribbon document na galing sa DFA canada & red seal na galing nman sa ministry of gov ng canada its says na TOTOO at kinikilala nila ang divorce nila DUN sa canada. But sa pinas kinikilala pa ng phil law marriage ang kasal nia kse dpa annulled , THO my husband is already a Canadian citizen since 2004 & her ex wife until now 2018 is still a Permanent resident sa canada , ang effective ng divorce certificate nila na filed in Canada is year 2012...
