Hello guys! I need help about the BSF186A form. Ini'specific ninyo ba talaga ang pag'declare ng mga gamit ninyo?

Like:
Pants - 5 pcs - jag, levis - $100
shorts- 2pcs - $50
underwear -10pcs - $30
Tops - 10pcs- jag, levis - $40
hindi ba pwede lahat yan isahin na lang ang description to "clothes" then brand, then the cost.

Kaka'PDOS ko lang kahapon, and i just found out that i have to declare my stuffs, then flight ko na bukas. please help.
