Hello po tanong ko lng kasi po may ako anak dyan sa pinas single parent po ako mag apply na kami for spousal sponsorship ang problema kailangan pa ba ng sulat ng tatay ?They will not accompany me here for now.Di ko na alam kung nasaan tsaka di nman nakalagay sa birth certificate yung name nya and di kami nagsama or kasal.hope may makuha ako info dito.TIA

Hi i would suggest to start getting info about your kid's father just to make sure so you have a plan B in case hanapan ka ng consent ng embassy.. coz eventually you would want to get your kid in the future right? just so you're prepared..

ang pag kaka alam ko po ilalagay mo sa additional dependent declaration accompanying and non accompanying or you should seek advice sa immigration lawyer pra sure

yung anak nio po ba kukunin nio in the future? when you say they(ilan po ung anak nio?) u need to declare your child/(ren) even if they will accompany u or not. when the time comes that u will sponsor them to be with u in canada , u need to secure affidavit of sole custody.
