Document name: Letter of Explanation
Required by: april 13 2017
Instructions:
"If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation to your application."

> nasubmit ko naman thru VFS orig AOM, local registry BC ng anak ko and his baptismal cert I dunno why they're still asking me to upload these documents after the fact ive submitted them or by default meron lng ganun na column sa additional documents? I'm just freaking out coz deadline is tomorrow.. TIA!!!

Hi! Im a newbie here. NomTGuzman and I have the same timeline. di ko ma link yung application ko with mycic account so I sent my Schedule A via IRCC. Until now wala ako narreceive na update from them. How will be informed about the SA? Ready na sana documents namin last december pa I even had my medical done at st lukes, kaya lang ang bagal magprocess ng consultancy namin, sila pa naging cause of delay. Kaya naabutan kami ng new kit so we have to start all over.

Hello po. Regarding my SA, actually 3 days before ko po nareceived through email yung letter nila eh nakita ko na po sa ECAS yung status na decision made, then after nun nakareceived ako ng email.

Hi there! I also booked sa IOM April 17 8am to 2pm first come first served daw po. Sa text lang po ako nagpa schedule since they don't answer their landline. I also called St. Lukes and they are asking for vaccine records. IOM did not ask for vaccination records. If they insists MMR just tell them you had it already (if you already did) and ikaw na bahala mag produce ng proof (i.e. baby book) if they ask for it sa point of entry mo sa Canada. Pero based sa mga kakilala ko, they never ask for vaccination records sa point of entry to Canada. Medyo may kamahalan din po 1,350 per MMR vaccine.

Hi, si hubby po magpapa medical sa monday and oo nga po first come first serve basis and cash only. We'll be there early, kasi I remember nung time namin dati halos whole day po kami sa clinic pero that was march 2008 pa hehe just making sure lang. anyways, based sa experience ko din po nung 1st time landing namin sa canada ehh wala naman po inasked yung officer about vaccine records.

About po sa photo na 5 pieces, magpapa picture po ba kayo ulit? Kasi ang daming sobrang pictures nung nagpa picture kami para sa application, eh pwede na ba yun gamitin sa medical sa IOM? Nung feb.27 lang yung picture na yun.

Do they process faster than 12 mos.? And when would the counting start po? pag receive nila ng application or pag start nila ng processing nung application??

Welcome to the Manila thread!

The app starts upon confirmation of receipt. If straightforward naman ang app mo at wala ng hihingin na additional docs, you could have your PPR and visa maybe by next month

May hiningi po sila na additional documents, well nakalimutan ng husband ko ung sa "add. family information" he sent that last Jan. pero so far wala pa kami balita or email asking for more. Sana po maaprove nga ako next month. mabilis ba sila magprocess ng application? Hindi pa ko nakakabalik ng Philippines, gusto ko na ule bumalik here. hehe hirap nang hindi mo kasama husband mo pero need ko bumalik kasi sa work. pwede naman ako here magstay, multiple entry naman ang binigay sakin na visa, kaso. hehehe hindi naman natin alam when sila magaapprove nang papers. Are you in Canada as of now? San ka banda?

Hello po We almost have the same timeline samin nga lang na-received nung Dec. 30, 2016..and they asked for additional docs nung March 21.. Praying na PPR na by next week. GOD's willing

Yung additional docs na ini email ko sa kanila yung Baptismal Cert, Form 137 atsaka voter's id. Nkalimutan ko kasi i include yan or may something wrong sa Birth Certificate kaya may additional docs.
