Frustration! So 6 months ago they asked for a new NBI check. My wife sent it to them the next day. Today we get an email saying they haven't received it yet. So for 6 months we have have been waiting for nothing. I resent it to them...but have no way to know if they have in fact received it. I am really disliking CIC. Jumping off of a cliff seems like more fun than dealing with them.

I'm not sure about the first one because my wife sent it to them and she doesn't remember. But I got one today. What a waste of 6 months.
