Well my Eligibility Review started on 3rd of Sept. and on 4th Feb it rolled back to its previous position i.e. "We will send you a message when we start reviwing your Elgibility"

Now I am really pissed off because the previous elbiility start date was a lie.

Lol, that must be a joke from IRCC's side. This is unbelievable. It's like you're almost at the finish line in a 10km race and right before the finish line they're taking you back to the start almost. Like what? It doesn't make any sense
