New LOA request today

Hi folks, so after 4 months, I got a request to provide a new LOA today, which btw was already submitted through the webform

Now I've submitted the LOA through the document submission section at the portal but the issue is the request letter says to submit the LOA before Feb 9, 2024, which isn't possible right

So it's just a typo or something missing?
