Along with the checklist, 2 forms have been updated too. Although it doesn't show beside the form that it has been updated in May, however the forms have been actually revised to May2018. Folks, please use the updated forms for new applications:

• Document Checklist – Spouse (including dependent children of spouse) [IMM 5533]
• Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]
• Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]

the guide gives the following statement to the mailing address for Nova Scotia, I am a bit confused: please clarify.
the sponosr is in Canada , will stay in canada during the process of the application. then how come NS address applies to him. the other option is only for in canada class, where the spouse is living in canada with the sponsor. this also does not apply here so what to do?
