I am also visitor and now i am in Pakistan i have valid visitor visa and I was applied for my son in June 2020 and still his application in proccessing should i apply again for him.

In the withdrawal letter, it says that your other application (IRCC Portal) was approved on Dec 19 so we are withdrawing this application but I do not see any update on IRCC portal.You will surely get a PPR in this coming week.

I resubmitted another application after Sep 7 update in gc key on Sep 18.
Submitted another application on IRCC portal on Nov 4.

This is my timeline. Applied for my parents TRV, they are currently in India. I am PR holder:
1. 1st Application using GCKey on August 25th
2. 2nd Application using IRCC portal on Sept 7th
3. Biometric Letter on 9th Sept (IRCC Portal)
4. Biometric completed on 17th Nov (IRCC Portal)
5. BVL on Nov 23rd (IRCC Portal)
6. PPR on Nov 23rd (IRCC Portal)
7. GCKey application automatically Withdrawn today (Nov 24th)

There are few cases where applicants haven't received ppr even after one month of receiving bvl. Fingers crossed.BVL to PPR is usually few mins to few hours. All the best.
