New Instructions from IRCC for applications before 7th Sep 2021

Hi,

I called the IRCC office in Ottawa and they confirmed my old application was withdrawn on Sept 29th and the new one was transferred to Delhi. They said it is just a matter of someone flipping the status

Unfortunately they couldn't get the actual status from Delhi as they have neither a direct line nor a contact center. All they have is just an email which gives static responses. I believe in Delhi VO we have more n more people who doesn't know how to flip the status.

Its a matter of just an update for them but for us its our lives. Hope they understand the significance of the positions they hold

Yes same financial and same letter of invitation and letter of support. We just added for main applicant. In GC key it does not ask for 2nd applicant. Not sure how IRCC portal works. But for 2nd applicant all additionl documents to be added under "Additional /optional documents" sections. These are available and not locked prior to application submission. Once you submit you cannot add any documents, just submit them via webform.

Their number is +18882422100. But you may have to call from a Canada number. I waited 30mins in the call

Hi. I was able to acquire a letter from my doctor stating that I would appreciate if my mom could care for my postpartum. Where should I upload this document?
*I have already submitted my mom's 2nd application Sept. 20.

My mother has different spelling of her name on her Passport (Harjeet) vs my Indian Passport (Harjit). Can anyone tell based on their experience if notarized affidavit (one and same person) would be sufficient for explaining the discrepancy? What can be given as the proof of relationship...I don't have my name on my birth certificate and given my mother's name is spelled differently on my passport, academic documents - would IRCC still accept my passport as proof of relationship in such case? If no, what else can be used as a relationship proof?

Applied first application for supervisa for parents: May 28th 2021
Second application: October 7 but my mistakenly submitted visit visa application
Third application: October 7th supervisa application

But already sent webform to cic mentioning abt the mistake and told them to remove the second application as its a visitor and i want a supervisa application

Today, the first application, both parents got correspondence letter and the eligibility for some reason now showing

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

Before it was " We are reviewing your eligibility" for the first application

worried now smh :/

But i just logged in to my third application and now eligibility says :

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

and the medical results which was submitted 2-3 days ago also. (upfront)
the medical on the third application says :

• We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.

Purpose of travel family reunion
I’m fully vaccinated I’ve sent webform with my vaccination proof
Visa office London
On September 24 I received a correspondence letter for my old application
And today I received a withdrawal letter for that same old application but nothing has changed on the new application, and on the withdrawal letter it’s stated that I requested for it to be withdrawn but I didn’t.

please I’m so anxious right now can someone please help.

does your new portal application show we are reviewing eligilbity ? or we are reviewing medical results ?
