Arrival Canada is the business of Sukjinder Sandhu, who was revoked by CSIC for serious professional misconduct: "On October 28, 2010 a Discipline Council Panel considered penalties for Mr. Sandhu's misconduct and ordered that Mr. Sandhu’s membership in CSIC be terminated.
