New Immigrant/ Skilled workers - Process & Procedures.

Pals.

I know it might be an old and many-a-times explained story. But being first time for me (I'm already spinned-out by google..), Can someone please provide complete process and procedures to avail Canada Visa under Skilled workers category. Also, any other requirements/added-points like IELTS etc..
By the way, I have nearly 10yrs of IT experience. Thanks in advance.

www.cic.gc , will provide step by step on application, and check your eligibility by using wizard.

If you do not have a job lined up you will need to wait and see if your occupation is included in the NOC list (not released yet) and apply under the new scheme from the 4th May. It would be a shorter wait (not short by any means) if you have a job and employer happy to go through the process with you
