New IMM 0008 FSW FORM IS OUT(GENERIC APPLICATION)

Bro,

this form has the same "Panga" (trouble).
Dependent section Q10 - Q12 same trouble for married applicants,
its surely something wrong with the form.

Please what is the problem with the form.
I filled as married and had no issues.
Do let me know the problem pls?

I've just found out about this changing of IMM 0008 form in June. I sent my application 3 days ago via Fedex with the old form.
Can you advise me what should I do in this case?

Is it allowed to send a new form separately from other documents in a new letter?

Advise FedEx to return it if it is yet to be delivered
so that you can use the right form,June 2014.

If not CIC will return your application.

I sent my application on 19th June 2014 and it was received by CIC (as per fedex) on 25th June 2014. However, officially no news from them so far.

At that time, I sent updated form IMM 0008 Generic application form (July-2014 version) but now it seems they have again updated the form and it appears to be IMM 0008 Generic Application form (June-2014). Now what should I do? Do I need to send the form again or No need.

Secondly, when I filled the generic application form in dependent section by selecting Q10 as "Spouse", check Q11 to "Yes", and Q12 was becoming grayed and unable to be populated. Q 12 is basically dependent type but as I said it was becoming grayed and I was unable to select any thing so I left this question blank.
I am worried now is there any problem in this case, or nor problem.

I have submitted my application in May end. Do we need to re-submit the new application? Please advise.
No please.This new form must be completed by those that will be submitting their application from 17/06/2014 and thereafter.

So, If I sent my application on June 19th, with the old version form of IMM 0008 Generic Application, I have to resend to CIC this new form once again ?

I downloaded all the forms from CIC websites one week before sent it, then I filled out all the forms and sent it. That's why I used to old form

I am an August 4th FSW applicant. I just realised that i had sent the old generic application form, which i had downloaded around Jun 17th week. However by the time i could send out my package it was signed as on August 4th. Now i am wondering if i should send them latest generic application form again as additional document? :-\ :'(

I would say don't worry. The changes are probably very minor and wouldn't amount to a rejection.
