I honestly doubt it, although it is a possibility. If there was a major change to the form, likely, but I believe it was a small change.pedropil said:
I compared it to the old one. the one's updated is the Co signers info. They add up co signer's personal details, Contact Information, Residency declaration and eligibility assessment. Since i don't have a co signer in my inland application i hope they wont advice me to send a new one.Decoy24601 said:

Sent my application on April 6th, 2016 and the forms got updated on April 9th, 2016. I really hope that they don't send our applications back. Getting really worried.
